- Strictly cash on delivery or,
- EFT full payment one day prior to delivery. Proof of payment must be received by us before delivery.
- Cancellation of hire of equipment will only be accepted if due to rain.
- Any other form of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of total hire fee payable immediately upon cancellation. An invoice will be issued.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All equipment to be used at own risk.
The Hirer/Customer assumes full responsibility for all hired items, including their safe and proper use, operation, and return to Jumping Candy Castles.
The Hirer/Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Jumping Candy Castles harmless from any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer’s negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defence of such claims.
The Hirer/Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and will provide adult supervision at all time.
The Hirer/Customer will be liable for any damage/theft of the equipment whilst in their care. All damages incurred to any hired equipment, inflatable’s or motor while in possession of the hirer will be payable by the hirer unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Hirer/Customer agrees to pay all attorney fees and court costs incurred by Jumping Candy Castles in enforcing these terms and conditions.
Adults are needed for supervision at all times.
Inflatable’s need space on grassed or paved area free of stones/sticks.
Beware of obstacles from above when jumping.
Beware of jumping near entrance way to avoid falling out.
People with neck and or back injuries are not permitted to jump on inflatables.
No adults may use our KIDS inflatables!
Adults only to use equipment labelled for ADULTS.
No shoes, jewellery and sharp objects on the inflatables.
Do not play on the inflatable whilst it is being inflated or deflated.
KEEP BLOWER FANS DRY AT ALL TIMES.
ONLY WATERSLIDES MAY BE USED WITH WATER.
JUMPING CASTLES MAY NOT GET WET.
In case of rain, kids to leave inflatable so that the blower fan can be switched off and taken indoors. Castles can then be folded over to remain dry for later use.
Jumping castles must be DEFLATED DURING HEAVY WINDS to prevent danger to persons and damage to equipment. Damage occurring because the jumping castles was not deflated (and packed away) due to heavy wind (like rain) is a reality in Cape Town. The onus of safe use of equipment lies with the person/persons/company hiring/using this equipment.
Remember equipment is not suitable for rough play!
Castles using ropes need to be kept securely fastened at all times.
