Who is responsible for delivery and setup of the castle?

The team at Jumping Candy Castles will deliver, setup and collect.

How long do you need to set up and take down a castle?

Approximately 15 minutes, depending on the unit booked and access to the location.

How long will delivery take?

Depends on the venue.

When are your castles available?

7 days a week including school holidays and public holidays.

How and when do I make payment?

Payment is required to be made within 24 hours of booking to confirm the booking. We require at least 50% deposit up front as we cannot hold a booking. Deposits/payments are strictly EFT, with balance in cash on delivery, and or EFT before delivery.

Can I collect the jumping castle?

Yes. Inflatables, machines and equipment can be collected and returned, with the exception of the foam pit and the giant buzzer.
